I liked the friendliness of the owners, the rooms and the overall appearance of the building. It comes near to being one of the best places I've stayed in, on a par with a guest house in Inverness.

The hotel is well sited, small and very comfortable. The beach and pier are under 100 yds away with the main shopping centre 200-300 yards away. There are many eating houses in the immediate vicinity.

Excellent location for walking to anywhere in Eastbourne. The owners were very welcoming and friendly; we spent some good times together discussing a variety of topics
Dislikes:
Bathroom was a bit small
